Hotel Policies :
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same. Extra bed rates would be charged after 2 full paying persons in a room. However in case of an extra bed request in a single occupancy room, double room rates would be charged. The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of check-out from the respective hotel.

Confirmation of bookings is only based on written communications. All Related vouchers will be provided after receiving full payment/at the receiving time We also book hotel bookings, vehicle bookings, kitchen staff and tour managers in advance to ensure that their family gets good and timely facilities when booking a tour, but in case of any natural or man-made accident, unusual and difficult situations such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight reschedule or cancellation or illness, death of a relative or an emerging pandemic like Corona which in general, we call as “ACT OF GOD”, if the tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled, we also do not get refund of the amount paid in advance as well as advertisement and office expenses. In case of cancellation, a one-year validity credit note of amount paid by traveler will be given and under no circumstances will cash or cheque be refunded. Through this credit note the traveler can join any of our other trips.

Terms & Conditions :
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
